Christmas, is it a time of stress and overindulgence for you?

A few weeks of manic shopping, planning and cooking , organising get togethers with family and friends and ensuring that everyone has a good time?

When you forget your self-care routine or don’t have time for it, and think a mince pie or an extra glass of wine will see you right?
