Stress Less – for dealing with short term stress caused by life events such as a house move, job change or short term illness. To help you recover and get you back on your feet. A weekly hands on treatment for 6 weeks with two distance treatments. (total of 8 treatments) £375 👇

Calm and Controlled – a package designed to help you with medium term stressors such as a divorce, new parenthood, long term illness, death of a loved one. To keep you going and dealing with life this package offers 3 twice weekly treatments followed by 6 weekly treatments and four distance treatments. (total of 16 treatments) £750 👇
Life Balance – a longer term more intense treatment suite to help you cope with chronic life-long illnesses or caring for someone with a chronic or terminal illness. This package offers 3 treatments each week for four weeks, then twice weekly for four weeks, then once weekly for four weeks and four distance treatments. (total of 28 treatments) £1,300 👇
