A meditation to release deeply held pain or trauma or ancestral pain.
I've been a light and poor sleeper for as far back as I can remember. Over the years I've tried loads of different sleep meditations, but never found any of them particularly helpful, it was because the voice was not soft or calming enough, or the background noise/music didn't t feel right to me. There was one tape cassette my mum gave me years ago, all I remember about it was that it was a male voice and the background was a a mix of gentle music and the sound of the ocean. It was the only one out of all the ones I'd tried that I felt worked for me but unfortunately I lost it and haven't found one like it since; that is until I came across Niamh's sleep meditation.
I have used Niamh's one many nights now, and am slowly finding that it's really helping me to get into a good state of relaxation, preparing me for sleep. I've even fallen asleep before the end of her meditation on one occasion, which is something of a miracle for me. I plan to continue using it and will hopefully be getting good night's sleeps soon.

When I’ve been distracted in the past either due to noises, children or my partner moving I have found it difficult to settle back into the relaxation & often just given up listening.
With Niamh’s meditation I didn’t have that problem at all, I didn’t finish the whole meditation before I fell into a lovely relaxing sleep, I woke up feeling quite refreshed too!
