So who am I and why should you work with me?
And I have been where you are now.
For years, I suffered from debilitating anxiety and depression.
To the point I was almost diagnosed as agoraphobic!
My life was miserable.
I tried antidepressants and hated them.
I tried counselling and that didn’t work out – it either wasn’t the right time or the right counsellor.
I knew something had to change so I bought a notebook and started to write.
It didn’t work out very well at first. It seemed like I was just going in circles writing the same rants and diatribes of self hatred over and over again.
I was about to throw my journal away when a question popped into my head.
I wrote it in my journal and answered it.
That was the turning point in my journaling and my life!
Over the next few months more questions popped into my head and as I answered them the reasons for my anxiety and depression came to light.
I discovered who the critical the inner voice really belonged to and I was able to make changes to my thinking and beliefs.
So I’m sharing the beginning of my journey with you.
